ANALISIS PENGARUH IKLIM ORGANISASI TERHADAP KOMITMEN DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI PADA KARYAWAN PT TIGA SERANGKAI SOLO

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi pada komitmen organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausal dengan metode survei. Target populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Tiga Serangkai Solo berjumlah 289 yang terdiri dari 206 karyawan tetap dan 83 karyawan kontrak. Sampel yang diambil adalah 200 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan Program SPSS 11.5 untuk menganalisa hubungan kausalitas dalam model penelitian yang diusulkan. Temuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, 2) iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, 3) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, dan 4) kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi.
